How do I book an arty party?
Please click here and fill out the form with your details and we will get in touch with you to confirm availability
Once confirmed we will set up a reservation via our Bookwhen system which will allow you to securely pay your deposit , and all of your party details will be confirmed in an email.
What’s included in an Arty Party?
All art materials, Arty Party hosts and technicians, private use of our studio for 2 hours. Juice and water for children, hot drinks for parents
Can parents stay during the party? We ask that only the parents/carers of the birthday boy or girl stay for the Arty Party. Other parents can leave their children with us, have a look around the village. Go and enjoy a drink whilst we look after your child!
Who organises the food for the party? Using our list of trusted food providers, you are free to ring or email to organise the food that you would like for your child’s party. We recommend that you do this 2 weeks before the party to avoid disappointment. This way, you are in control of any of the guests who have dietary requirements or allergies.

How can I exhibit my work in one of Globe Arts’ Galleries?
If you want to exhibit your work, you will need a digital portfolio, CV, links to websites and social media, which you can send to admin@globearts.org.uk and we will get back to you. When sending your email, you can subject it for “Attention of Jackie”
Our exhibition gallery is usually booked up for 12-18 months, so please consider this when enquiring about exhibiting your work.
-
How do I pay for my course or workshop?
the website links take you directly to our secure booking system, you pay there using your bank card.
Can I pay in person?
Yes, you can. If you want to pay using our card machine or in cash, you just need to let us know, so that we can get you through the checkout as an admin member - otherwise you’ll lose your place and the ticket will remain unpaid in your name in our checkout.
If you wish to pay in person, we need you to either call us or come in to the studio before the class/workshop.
Your place needs to be booked on our booking system before the workshop so that we have a record of everyone on our register in the case of a fire or emergency.
Can I do a BACS?
Yes, you can. You do need to let us know via email (info@globearts.org.uk) if you wish to pay this way.
What if I can’t afford it all at once?
You can choose to book the whole block at once, or pay weekly by purchasing weekly tickets (a small amount of courses such as Throwing on the Wheel do not have weekly tickets available). Weekly tickets help to spread out the cost, or allow you to still attend the sessions you like if you can’t commit to the whole block (eg. holiday or appointment)
-
What should I bring with me?
Unless we have specified in an email to you after booking, you do not have to bring anything to class - we provide all materials and refreshments.
In some classes it is better to work in a sketchbook - but again- we do provide paper in every session.
Can I buy materials from you?
Yes, we sell most of the products we use in D&P classes, like sketchbooks, pencils, brushes, paints etc.
-
Can I get a refund on a course or workshop that I have booked?
Our new cancellation policy now means that no tickets can be refunded due to a large number of last-minute cancellations being made.
However, if you cancel 7 days before the workshop/course, we will happy transfer you another workshop/course of your choice. Or you can keep this as credit to use in the future.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the workshop/course, we are unfortunately unable to refund you.
-
What does it mean to have a “Support Us” membership?
The £35 annual subscriptions helps us with the general upkeep of our two sites, and gives us the opportunity to continue running courses and workshops to keep people getting involved in arts and crafts.
It also gets you a place for free on our Christmas Wreathmaking Workshop (usually costs £45)
How do I cancel my subscription?
Unfortunately, this is not something that we can do for you. However, if you get in touch with your bank/ on your app, you will be able to cancel the direct debit yourself.
-
