SCHOOL'S OUT! Art & Food - Tie Dye t-shirts and toe bags

Join the Globees this Summer for some art and craft sessions, plus delicious food from Bolster Moor Farm & Coffee Shop!

We are running different activities every Monday-Thursday for 2 weeks, from 1-5pm! These sessions are free for children who receive Free School Meals and are aged 8-12.
Children aged 5 and above are also welcome, but these places must be either paid, or supported by our Donate to Make a Difference scheme.

You can select your ticket type at checkout! It is £27.50 per child, or £50 for 2 siblings.

On Wednesdy 9th August we will be making natural tie dye t-shirts or tote bags, using things like onion skin and avocado peel and stones. We will boil large pans of water with these natural ingredients, to make a background colour for the shirt or bag, then using string, elastic bands and some brighter colours from dry powder ink pigment, we will make different patterns on them. We will give instructions of what to do once its dried at home, for the best results when washing for future etc.

We are kindly receiving the meals from Bolster Moor Farm Shop, and Kirklees are funding the spaces for children receiving free school meals

IF YOUR CHILD US COMING FOR MORE THAN 1 SESSION WITH US, THEY CAN ONLY CHOOSE ONE FRIED MEAL OPTION A WEEK. WE WILL ASK THE CHILDREN ON THE DAY WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO EAT.

HOT FOOD
- fried chicken bites and chips, with beans and peas
-baked sausage and chips, with beans and peas
-fried fish fingers and chips, with beans and peas
-baked veggie sausage, with chips, peas and beans
-soup with bread roll
-jacket potato with beans

COLD FOOD
-grated cheese/tuna/cheese spread sandwich

SADLY, WE CANNOT OFFER HALAL OPTIONS AT THIS TIME

We will also provide a variety of fruit each day from the local green grocers, 2 pieces of fruit pp
Plus water / still flavoured water / squash available throughout the day, and a biscuit pp at break times

(if your child wants to bring their own food, they can choose that option at point of booking)
